Building Trust Through Thoughtful Interfaces
Working as Lead UI/UX Designer, I designed client portals and doctor dashboards that prioritized usability, security, and HIPAA compliance. Using Tailwind components, I created a lean and scalable client portal that streamlined user interactions while maintaining the highest standards of data privacy. For doctors, I delivered dashboards tailored to their workflows, simplifying data access and enabling efficient decision-making.
Designing for Sensitivity in Healthcare
In a space where genetic testing results could change lives, empathy was just as important as precision. I collaborated with genetic counselors to ensure all scientific content was accurate and worked closely with users to test iconography and interface readability.
